Seth Meyers discusses Michael Flynn, Trump Tweets on A Closer Look
By Tyler Brooke
Late Night with Seth Meyers took some time on Monday night to talk about Michael Flynn asking for immunity and President Donald Trump’s ensuing tweets.
After a weekend to recharge, the NBC late night talk show Late Night with Seth Meyers kicked off the new week on Monday night with another great segment of A Closer Look. To no one’s surprise, the segment focused heavily on President Donald Trump and his administration.
During Monday night’s segment of A Closer Look, Seth Meyers started by talking about former National Security Advisor Michael Flynn, who was forced to resign after it was revealed that he had been in communication with Russia.
Flynn recently requested immunity in exchange for revealing any information that he knows about Trump’s administration and potential ties to the Russian government. Of course, President Trump quickly responded with some tweets, even if they weren’t the most well thought out. You can check out the entire segment about Flynn and Trump in the YouTube video below.
Trump and Flynn weren’t the only ones that Meyers made fun of on Monday night. The late night talk show host also took some shots at White House press secretary Sean Spicer and House Intelligence Committee chairman Devin Nunes for their involvement in some of the recent events surrounding the White House.
