Samantha Bee’s TBS show “Full Frontal” returns next week.

Samantha Bee is just one of the handful of late-night hosts who have benefited from a Donald Trump presidency, with her show Full Frontal recently attracting some of its highest ratings ever. Though having Big Bang Theory reruns as a lead-in on a new night could also be a factor, there’s still enough evidence to suggest that The Daily Show alum’s increasing exasperation with the newly elected president has help raise her profile, especially when she makes decisions like deciding to headline her own version of the White House Correspondents’ Dinner, which Trump has opted to skip.

For those hoping to hear Bee’s thoughts on the latest Trump-related events, including tonight’s address to Congress, they’ll have to wait until Wednesday, March 8 when Full Frontal returns for new episodes after a few weeks off.

More from Full Frontal

When we last saw Bee two weeks ago, she was railing against Congressional Republicans’ efforts to dismantle environmental and other types of regulations such as protections for endangered species, hitting Paul Ryan for not standing up to Trump, and providing a “practical guide to resistance” by interviewing several veterans of the Civil Right Movement.

That installment was the show’s highest-rated episode ever in the 18-49 demo, drawing a 0.6 rating, up from a 0.52 for the week before, though it attracted an identical 1.4 million viewers. That was higher than every other late-night show except The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon (0.67), though it does air at an earlier time when more people are watching TV. It also currently ranks as the top late-night program among adults 18-34 year-to-date, and second only to Last Week Tonight with John Oliver in the 18-49 demo. During her time off, Bee visited Northwestern University tonight for an interview moderated by journalist Rebecca Traister.
