The Late Show with Stephen Colbert put together a tribute to the fake incident in Sweden that President Donald Trump cited during a rally in Orlando.

News outlets and TV programs, including late night talk shows everywhere, had to talk about Donald Trump’s recent comments about “what’s happening in Sweden” this past weekend. Of course, The Late Show with Stephen Colbert didn’t hold anything back.

On Monday night’s episode of The Late Show, Colbert broke down Trump’s comments about something that occurred the night before in Sweden while he was attending his rally in Orlando this past weekend. Of course, nothing actually happened, but that didn’t stop him from saying it.

To honor the “fallen victims” of Sweden, Colbert and The Late Show staff put together a tribute about the fake terrorist attack. The tribute included a fantastic closing tag, “Never Fjorget”. You can watch the entire segment in the YouTube video below.

As Trump’s presidency has continued, Colbert has been getting more and more bold with his shots directed towards the POTUS. In this latest segment, he used a tweet from Sweden’s Prime Minister asking what Trump is smoking, and suggested that it might have something to do with Vladimir Putin.

As for the tribute that The Late Show put together, it included all kinds of important Swedish icons, from Swedish Fish to the Swedish Chef to IKEA. Hopefully this is the late time that the Trump administration cites a fake terrorist attack, or else Colbert and his staff are going to have to keep coming up with fake tributes.
