The Walking Dead is returning with new episodes on AMC just weeks from now, and we’ve got thirty things we want to see the most in Season 7B.
AMC’s hit zombie drama has had a very bleak start to the season. As the scope of Negan’s power becomes apparent, most of our heroes have been consigning to obey him. For fans wanting justice for Glenn and Abraham, it’s been tough to watch.
But things now seem to be changing moving forward. It’s looking like the back half of Season 7 is going to be very different. And if that’s the case, I want to see these 30 things, beginning with…
30. The return of badass Rick
Seeing Rick’s iron will shrivel into nothing has been the hardest part about Season 7. You’d think he’d be the first one to plot an uprising with the others in Alexandria. But I guess nearly chopping off Carl’s hand was enough to scare Rick into submission.
But seeing Spencer’s guts hit the ground marked a last straw for Rick. By accepting his gun back from Daryl in the mid-season finale, it seems he’s getting his mojo back. This means it’s likely we’re seeing Rick morphing back into the badass we love him best as. The same guy who hacked Gareth to pieces with that red-handled machete.
