2. Cyndie has to save Tara’s life one more time

Tara receives a generous offer from Natania, the leader of the all-female Oceanside settlement. If she wants to become a part of the group, she is welcome to. In fact, Natania even offers to send some scouts to look for Heath, and bring him back to the group as well.

Putting everything out on the table, Tara reveals that they’re part of a larger settlement elsewhere. But Tara wants to open a line between their two camps, maybe work together or help each other out. Natania agrees to send some people with her all the way back to Alexandria to check it out, and then go from there.

But it’s all a ruse. Once two guards take Tara out into the woods, it becomes obvious they’re luring her into a trap. Fortunately, Tara sees this just before they start shooting at her. She takes off through the woods, avoiding the active shooters and desperate to escape.

But guess who comes to the rescue again? Cyndie from Oceanside. She saves Tara and leads her back to the bridge where she came from. Cyndie helps Tara get across the walker-stuffed bridge, but only on one condition. Tara must “swear” not to tell anyone about the Oceanside settlement, not even the people in Alexandria.
