Jeffrey Dean Morgan (Washington)

If people didn’t know who Jeffrey Dean Morgan was before, most certainly do now. The Washington native just became the most hated person in the country following the Season 7 premiere of The Walking Dead. On the popular AMC zombie drama series, Morgan plays Negan, the show’s newest bad guy.

In the new episodes, Negan kills some beloved members of the cast. He does this in the most horrific way possible by using a barbwire-covered baseball bat. In a show featuring the most vicious monsters imaginable (human or otherwise), it really means something to be the very worst of them all. But that’s who Morgan’s character seems to be.

Before nabbing the gig as the show’s most sinister villain on The Walking Dead, Morgan had plenty of other work. He previously appeared as Judah Botwin on the program Weeds, Nancy’s late husband who would be shown in flashback scenes. He also had a prominent role on the horror series Supernatural, playing the father of the two lead characters.

Morgan’s contract with The Walking Dead spans for several years, so he could be sticking around on the show for a while. But he’s so good at playing the guy everyone loves to hate, that this isn’t a bad thing at all.
