Most people are aware of the world famous Wayans family of actors. Damon Wayans got his start appearing on sketch comedy shows like Saturday Night Live and In Living Color. His brothers Marlon and Shawn Wayans have made big names for themselves in feature films, such as White Chicks and the Scary Movie series.
Now, Damon Wayans Jr. is continuing his family’s legacy by becoming a star himself. He has already gotten some film roles, such as voicing Wasabi in Big Hero Six and starring in the comedy film Let’s Be Cops. But it’s television where the younger Damon is really making his presence well known.

He had been cast in the pilot before leaving to appear on Happy Endings, but was later written back into the series. He was only supposed to return for a short time, but fans really like his character.
Damon Wayans Jr. is also reprising his role as Wasabi in the Big Hero Six movie in an upcoming TV series for Disney.
