Alexandra Breckenridge (Connecticut)

Actress Alexandra Breckenridge spent the first ten years of her life in Bridgeport, Connecticut. Later, she and her family would move to Los Angeles, California. It was there she began developing an interesting in acting. As a teenager, Breckenridge fully pursued the craft to eventually become a face seen in many different TV shows.

Although she had consistent work, including providing voices in over 60 episodes of Family Guy, it was the FX series American Horror Story which gives her that first break. In the debut season, she plays Moira O’Hara, a ghost maid trapped in the house the season is set. She later returns to the series in Season 3 of the show, Coven. Breckenridge plays a witch in that season.

But it can be argued the actress’s most prominent role is on AMC’s The Walking Dead. When the group finally makes their way to the settlement of Alexandria, Rick Grimes finds a new girlfriend in Jessie Anderson. Rather than seeing her as a villain like on American Horror Story, we actually got to see her as a protagonist taking down zombies. Her stint on the series is surely opening the door to see the talented actress in many more significant roles.
