All fifty states in the United States of America contribute many film and TV actors to the world of entertainment, and I’m listing the best actor from each one of them.

America is the land of opportunity. No matter which state one may be born in, the chance is there for them to move on to become a film or TV star.

As it happens, every single state contributes many celebrities to the world of entertainment. I’ve taken the time to select the best TV actor from all fifty of them to present to you.

Starting with…

Michael Rooker (Alabama)

Over the years, we’ve seen Michael Rooker in dozens of film and TV roles. One of his best, however, is that of Merle Dixon on The Walking Dead. Merle is essentially the first “bad guy” of a series now littered with crooks and murderers, and truth be told, is still the best.

Aside from The Walking Dead, Rooker has been popping up everywhere on TV. Some of his other small-screen credits include Law & OrderBurn Notice, and Criminal Minds. The character actor is always solid in every role he portrays.
