Is Real Time with Bill Maher new tonight, October 21st?

HBO’s Real Time with Bill Maher is taking a week off with less than three weeks before the presidential election.
Bill Maher revealed to Real Time viewers that the HBO late-night show would be off this week during last week’s episode, apologizing to the studio audience ahead of time for his absence, before chastising them for their non-reaction. “Don’t be so disappointed,” he said sarcastically.
The comedian routinely takes time off to perform stand-up shows across the country, but that isn’t the case this week, with his next gig set to be at Madison Square Garden as part of the New York Comedy Festival. Maher noted that the break is “terrible timing” given this week’s final presidential debate, and it’s particularly bewildering given that Real Time just recently returned from a summer hiatus.
However, the host promised to live-tweet the debate, and he did just that. Unsurprisingly, Maher declared Hillary Clinton the winner of the event, calling it her “best debate,” after defending her on the issue of voting for the Iraq War and her track record over 30 years of public service, noting that she wasn’t “emperor of the world,” and blaming the invasion on George W. Bush. He also threw several barbs at Donald Trump, including:
Maher ended by lamenting the fact that there was “not a single question about climate change in all 3 debates,” an issue that he routinely talks about on Real Time. During last Friday’s installment, the comic tussled with Ann Coulter over her continued support of Trump, wondered what it would take for red states to vote against the Republican nominee, and chided undecided voters like debate questioner-turned-internet sensation Ken Bone, calling him “too stupid to pick Hillary over President Pussy-Grabber.”
