11. Chris Hardwick

Nerdist’s Chris Hardwick is already one of the most recognized television talk show hosts of today. After every new episode of The Walking Dead airs on AMC, the first thing everybody watching sees immediately after is Hardwick’s face. As the host of Talking Dead, Hardwick guides viewers through the official after show to discuss the episodes in detail. With millions and millions of people watching the show every week, Hardwick’s face is definitely recognizable.

On every episode, special celebrity guests will join Hardwick to discuss The Walking Dead. The program has become so successful that similar after shows were developed for other AMC programs, such as Talking Bad and Talking Preacher. Hardwick always knows how to properly guide the show and treat his guests, while always keeping things lighthearted and fun.

Hardwick is such a formidable host that he also regularly attends the official comic con panels for the series to head the proceedings. He has completely nailed this role and could benefit from a somewhat bigger challenge. A gig hosting one of the biggest, most well known late night television talk shows would certainly do that. Should Jimmy Fallon need a replacement for The Tonight Show, Hardwick’s name needs to be in the discussion.
