Josh O’Connor is taking on the role of hosting the episode, who many of you will recognized from The Crown on Netflix. He took on the role of Prince Charles during the third and fourth seasons of the series.
However, most recently, he will appear on Wake Up Dead Man: A Knives Out Mystery. That movie is now available to stream on Netflix, and there will hopefully be some skits that involve a murder mystery type story. We’re getting a British invasion on SNL this weekend. Not only is Josh O’Connor hosting, but English singer-songwriter Lily Allen is also going to appear. She’ll take on musical guest duties, as she promotes her newest album.
Her U.S tour dates have already sold out, and she has revealed that her album could be developed into a stage show. All this comes as she took a subtle swipe at her ex, David Harbour, after learning that her dates in Atlanta had sold out.

All being said, her star presence is growing as she takes on a coveted spot on SNL. This is not her first time on the series, but it is a poignant time for the singer.
