Real Time with Bill Maher is back tonight with an all-new episode. Tonight's show will feature one of President Donald Trump's biggest critics.

Bill Maher has a lot to get through in his opening monologue tonight. President Trump's tariff and immigration policies remain top stories, while developments in the Pete Hegseth scandal and Elon Musk pulling back from politics add more topics to discuss.

Expect Maher to hit on all that in more before he sits down for a one-on-one interview and then welcomes tonight's panel guests.

Maher starts Real Time with an interview of former Vice President Al Gore. The Democrat recently went viral for his impassioned defense of the Constitution and warnings about President Trump.

Real Time should look to cover that and a couple of other topics with Gore. The ex-VP could weigh in on J.D. Vance's performance so far or the ongoing climate crisis.

And as much as Gore criticized President Trump, he's not the major critic coming to tonight's episode of Real Time.

Who else is on Real Time with Bill Maher tonight, April 25?

Senator Adam Schiff of California will be on tonight's Real Time panel. It's hard to think of another member of Congress who got under President Trump's skin more than Schiff.

Schiff earned plenty of insults and attacks from Presidnet Trump during POTUS' first term. Now a member of the senate, Schiff has his eyes on the rest of Trump's cabinet. He recently called for National Archives to investigate the use of Signal by Trump's administration.

Bret Stephens joins Schiff on tonight's panel. His opinion columns can be read in The New York Times, and he can also be seen on NBC News.

Stephens may be conservative, but is known as an outspoken critic of Donald Trump. He should find some middle ground with Schiff even if the two don't share the same views when it comes to foreign or domestic policy.

Real Time with Bill Maher airs tonight, April 25, on HBO at 10:00 p.m. ET.
