Stephen Colbert has been a busy man, between hosting The Late Show and attending the DNC. He's the most politically minded of the late night hosts, of course, so it was a balanced the comedian had a fun time pulling off.

The upcoming week will see Colbert get back into his Late Show groove, though, and he's booked an impressive roster of guests. Monday, September 2, will see the host converse with Pete Buttigieg, the US Secretary of Transportation, about the upcoming Presidential election.

Politicians and musicians will fill out the week

The musical guest will be Chance the Rapper, who recently dropped one of his best songs in years, and is in the process of completing a comeback album (seriously, check out "3333" if you have not already).

Tuesday, September 3 will see Supreme Court Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson serve as the main guest, while musical duties will be handled by a trio of talented stars: Kaytranada, Channel Tres and Ravyn Lenae.

Steph Curry will appear on September 5

Wednesday, September 4 flips the script by having a music star serve as a guest, 50 Cent. Colbert will touch on 50's recent launching of a film production studio, then proceed to chop it up with Jack Lowden, the star of the excellent Apple series Slow Horses (another thing to check out).

Stephen Colbert will wind the week down on Thursday, September 5. NBA superstar Steph Curry will serve as the host's main guest, and they will inevitably discuss Curry's legendary performance during the Olympics. Senator Mark Kelly will follow.

Colbert recently made headlines for his interview with Nancy Pelosi. Audience members booed the Speaker of the House for her remarks about Palestine, but Colbert handled it well and asked those in the audience to be respectful.
