The Late Show with Stephen Colbert enters the new week with a lot to cover. But what should late-night TV fans expect to see tonight on CBS?

Stephen Colbert still hasn't gone all in on Donald Trump's $355 million legal bill or the ex-president's recent rally. Fans have patiently waited through the weekend to hear what Colbert has to say.

Unfortunately, we won't get to hear Colbert's opinion on the story on Monday. There will not be a new episode of The Late Show with Stephen Colbert tonight.

Instead, CBS will reair the February 6 episode. Interested viewers can tune in to revisit appearances by Joy-Ann Reid and A'ja Wilson.

The bad news continues for anyone hoping to get through the week with help from Stephen Colbert. The show has a scheduled hiatus this week, meaning there won't be any new episodes for the foreseeable future.

What to watch tonight instead of The Late Show with Stephen Colbert

The Late Show with Stephen Colbert isn't the only late-night TV show taking Monday night off. That means choices are very, very limited.

Jimmy Kimmel Live!, The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, and Late Night with Seth Meyers all plan to air reruns on Monday night. And to make matters worse, HBO is withholding Last Week Tonight with John Oliver on YouTube until Thursday.

That means the only choice for new late-night content on Monday night is The Daily Show. Jon Stewart is back to host his second episode of his second tenure.

Tonight's Daily Show guests are Melissa Murray and Kate Shaw. The episode starts at 11:00 p.m. ET on Comedy Central.
