NBC has more bad news for Late Night with Seth Meyers fans

Late Night with Seth Meyers fans have been patient through the middle of April. But a new schedule from NBC only delivers more bad news.

The late-night TV show was off the air last week, airing repeat episodes every night. It was a hard pill to swallow for Seth Meyers' fans who have become dependent on the comedian to give a closer look at the week's headlines.

But any hope that the week off was just a brief hiatus was dashed by NBC. The network's scheudle this week confirms Late Night with Seth Meyers remains off the air.

The Easter holiday on Sunday certainly didn't help the odds of Meyers returning to the air. Other late-night shows, like The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, are also going dark this week.

Late Night with Seth Meyers rerun schedule this week

Late Night with Seth Meyers is at its best when it quickly react to the day's top stories. But that doesn't mean a rerun isn't worth revisiting.

That's what NBC hopes this week as it puts a week's worth of repeat episodes on the air. Late Night will air during its normal 12:35 a.m. ET timeslot.

On Monday, April 21, fans can rewatch the March 31 episode featuring Nathan Lane, and Adrienne Warren. The next night, tune in to see the April 2 episode with Rachel Maddow and Rob Delaney.

Wednesday, April 23 sees the April 10 episode get another run as Meyers welcomes Viola Davis and Amanda Peet to Late Night. Thursday night, Walton Goggins, Sadie Sink, and Rachel Kaly are on the show for a repeat of the April 8 show.

Things wrap up on Friday night. NBC will showcase the April 7 episode featuring Tracee Ellis Ross and Kit Connor as guests.
