Late Night with Seth Meyers has left a void in late-night TV recently. So what should fans expect to see tonight on NBC?
Seth Meyers and his team were off last week. The combination of the Monday holiday and recovering from the Saturday Night Live 50th anniversary special gave Meyers plenty of excuses to take some time off.
Unfortunately for fans eager to hear from Meyers, the break isn't quite over yet. There will not be a new episode of Late Night with Seth Meyers tonight, February 24.
Instead, NBC will reair the January 20 episode. Interested fans can tune in to revisit appearances by Christian Slater and Zosia Mamet.
The good news is that there remains plenty of other late-night TV show options on Monday night. The other shows will be brand-new with some big-name celebrity guests.
Jimmy Kimmel Live! welcomes Chris Pratt, Drew Carey, Nathaniel Rateliff, and Gregory Alan Isakov. The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon has Chelsea Handler, Matthew Tkachuk, Billy Crudup, and Waxahatchee on the schedule.
Woody Harrelson, Wendell Pierce, and Sam Waterston are slated to appear on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert. Rupa Bhattacharyya visits host Jon Stewart on The Daily Show. And After Midnight welcomes Tichina Arnold, Affion Crockett, and Essence Atkins.
The good news for Late Night fans is that we know when Seth Meyers will return. A new episode is scheduled for Monday, March 3. The guests will be Kate Hudson, star of the new Netflix series Running Point, and Severance star John Turturro.
