The Late Show with Stephen Colbert has a chance to start the week off on the right foot on Monday. So what should late-night TV fans expect to see tonight on CBS?
Stephen Colbert spent last week introducing his audience to the new Speaker of the House, Mike Johnson. Get used to hearing the name, as Johnson’s political policies are bound to keep Colbert’s attention.
We’ll see if that is true on Monday night during Colbert’s monologue. There will be a brand new episode of The Late Show with Stephen Colbert tonight.
In addition to the latest developments among Republicans in the House, expect Colbert to check in on former President Donald Trump. A rally and court appearances gave Colbert plenty of material to work with on tonight’s Late Show.

First up, Stephen Colbert welcomes Henry Winkler to The Late Show on Monday night. The iconic actor, known for Happy Days, The Waterboy, Barry, and more, is promoting his memoir. Being Henry: The Fonz . . . and Beyond details Winkler’s experiences in Hollywood and offers the actor’s reflections on overcoming life’s obstacles.
Then, Melissa Ethridge joins the show. The popular singer also has a book to promote, as she’ll discuss Talking to My Angels. Additionally, Etheridge has a Broadway show titled Melissa Etheridge: My Window.
The Late Show with Stephen Colbert airs tonight, October 30, at 11:35 p.m. ET on CBS. The show is also available on Paramount+.
