Is The Late Show with Stephen Colbert new tonight, October 18?
By Matt Moore
The Late Show with Stephen Colbert has faced some complications this week. So what should late-night TV fans expect to see tonight on CBS?
Stephen Colbert started the week by announcing he tested positive for COVID-19. He stayed home while delivering The Late Show‘s monologue, desk piece, and interviews. However, he didn’t have the energy to do the same on Tuesday.
Unfortunately, Colbert’s health status has not improved. There will not be a new episode of The Late Show with Stephen Colbert tonight.
Colbert shared an update via Twitter, announcing that doctors have recommended he take it easy for the rest of the week. Hopefully, Colbert will be back by Monday, October 23.
