In a recent interview on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, Prince Harry, the Duke of Sussex, took part in the “Colbert Questionert,” a rapid-fire question-and-answer segment that gave viewers a glimpse into his personal life and beliefs. The segment covered a range of topics, from his favorite smell (his wife Meghan) to his thoughts on the afterlife.

The segment started off slow and light-hearted with questions being thrown at the prince like, “apples or oranges?” to which Harry replied, “oranges, duh.” The Duke of Sussex was also asked the common question of “window or aisle?” “Cockpit” he replied.

Colbert then moved on to some more meaningful questions, asking “what do you think happens when we die?” and “describe the rest of your life in five words.” to which Prince Harry thought carefully about and then replied with, “freedom, happiness, clarity, space, love.”

This interview with Prince Harry has drawn obvious criticism from some for some of his more “cringe” answers, but the interview highlighted that Harry has quite a comedic talent. The Duke of Sussex was able to keep up with Colbert and throughout the conversation managed to create an amusing atmosphere with witty remarks and clever answers.

Stephen Colbert and Prince Harry’s friendship

Stephen Colbert was eager to endlessly promote Harry’s memoir Spare, which has done impressively well in terms of copies sold. The show host claimed to have read the entire thing and had nothing but good things to say about it.

Stephen Colbert and Prince Harry’s relationship is a relatively new one, but the two seem to have formed a genuine bond. Colbert has been a vocal supporter of the Duke of Sussex and his wife, Meghan Markle, and has used his platform to speak out against the negative treatment they have received from the media.

In their recent interview, Colbert and Prince Harry shared a warm and playful rapport, with Colbert even teasing the prince about his accent and calling him “my liege.” Despite their different backgrounds and experiences, the two seemed to connect on a personal level, sharing stories and insights with each other.

Overall, the audience seemed delighted with Prince Harry and Colbert’s interaction despite Harry and Meghan experiencing constant criticism and attacks from the media. Just recently, the TV show South Park mocked the couple relentlessly.
