Is Saturday Night Live new tonight, February 18?
By Matt Moore
Saturday Night Live recently announced some big plans for upcoming episodes. So what should SNL fans expect to see tonight on SNL?
Saturday Night Live has been off the air since the February 4 episode hosted by The Last of Us and The Mandalorian star Pedro Pascal. It was one of the higher-rated episodes of the season according to viewership and fan reaction.
Unfortunately, SNL’s hiatus will continue on Saturday. There will not be a new episode of Saturday Night Live tonight.
If you still need your SNL fix, NBC has you covered. At 10:00 p.m. ET, tune in to see a rerun of the 2003 episode hosted by Christopher Walken with musical guest Foo Fighters. Come back at 11:30 p.m. ET for a replay of this season’s episode hosted by Austin Butler with musical guest Lizzo.
When will Saturday Night Live return?
Last week’s absence was understandable given the Super Bowl; several shows chose not to compete for attention that weekend. SNL decided to extend their break ahead of what will be three more consecutive new shows.
Saturday Night Live returns next week, February 25. Actor Woody Harrelson comes back to host, and he’ll be joined by musical guest Jack White.
Then, Super Bowl champion Travis Kelce makes his SNL debut. The star tight end hosts on March 4 alongside musical guest Kelsea Ballerini.
Wednesday star Jenna Ortega gets her chance to host the following week. She’ll take the stage in Studio 8H on March 11 with support from musical guest The 1975.
