A day after the midterm elections, late-night TV fans are eager to hear from Stephen Colbert. So should they expect a brand new episode of The Late Show with Stephen Colbert tonight?

Colbert was live on election night, as has become a tradition since he took over hosting The Late Show. While not every race was decided on Tuesday night, Colbert had plenty of results to riff on throughout the night.

Fans worried that working late hours on Tuesday would mean a day off today can relax. There will be a brand new episode of The Late Show with Stephen Colbert tonight.

Expect better, more polished commentary on the midterms tonight. Colbert and his writers have had more time to go over the results, as well as the reaction from politicians and cable news pundits.

Dr. Oz and Lauren Boebert are two Republicans who should expect to be punchlines for Colbert. The host has never shied away from ripping either GOPer. Doing so when they’re down shouldn’t surprise anyone watching.

Who’s on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert tonight?

Bono is back on the schedule for tonight’s episode of The Late Show with Stephen Colbert. The U2 frontman will be completing the Colbert Questionert. Bono was on the show last week, so don’t expect anything “new,” per se.

Then, Rose McIver joins the show. The actress makes her Late Show debut to discuss the new season of her CBS sitcom Ghosts.

The Late Show with Stephen Colbert airs at 11:35 p.m. ET on CBS.
