The Late Show with Stephen Colbert hasn’t aired a new episode since October 13. So what should late-night TV fans expect to see tonight on CBS?

A lot has happened since Stephen Colbert last delivered a monologue. He’s forced his fans to ride out a couple of different news cycles without being treated to his take.

Fortunately, all of that changes on Monday night. There will be a brand new episode of The Late Show with Stephen Colbert tonight.

Expect Colbert to cover former president Donald Trump’s latest rally, the Supreme Court’s favorable decision for Senator Lindsey Graham, and maybe even Kayne West’s latest inflammatory comments.

Who’s on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert tonight?

First up, Stephen Colbert will chat with Secretary of Transportation Pete Buttigieg. The politician is a frequent guest of The Late Show, so it should be an easy, free-flowing conversation. Undoubtedly, he’ll want to celebrate President Joe Biden’s agenda and make a push to vote blue ahead of the midterms. What, if anything, Colbert can press Buttigieg on remains to be seen.

Then, celebrity chef Ina Garten stops by The Late Late Show. She’ll be on to promote her latest cookbook, Go-To Dinners. A cooking segment is likely on the schedule. Fans will get to see how well Colbert handles himself in the kitchen.

The Late Show with Stephen Colbert airs on CBS tonight, October 24, at 11:30 p.m. ET.
