September is officially here, and we’re already at the first Friday of the month. So what should Real Time with Bill Maher fans expect?

So far, season 20 of Real Time has featured classic Bill Maher moments … or at least this version of Bill Maher. That seems to be the overarching opinion of viewers who think Maher is leaning too far to the right. However, the comedian says he’s the same as always.

Unfortunately, neither side will get any more evidence to make their case on Friday. There will not be a new episode of Real Time with Bill Maher tonight.

With the Labor Day holiday on Monday, it looks like Bill Maher and his staff are going to enjoy the long weekend just like millions of other Americans. Look for Real Time to return in two weeks.

Real Time with Bill Maher joins the long, long list of late-night TV shows that are off tonight. In fact, most shows have been airing reruns all week.

No new episodes of The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, Late Night with Seth Meyers, Jimmy Kimmel Live!, The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, or The Daily Show with Trevor Noah have been seen this week.

Only The Late Late Show with James Corden had new content for late-night TV fans. But on Friday, the CBS show will be off.
