Is Real Time with Bill Maher new tonight, August 26?
By Matt Moore
Friday night is finally here, and that means it’s time for Real Time with Bill Maher. What should late-night TV fans expect to see tonight on HBO?
Over the past few weeks, Bill Maher has shared his thoughts on everything including Alex Jones and the FBI search of Mar-a-Lago. Along the way, he’s managed to make more than a few viewers upset. Some have even suggested that Jon Stewart replace Maher.
But that’s probably just the way Maher likes it. Expect more of the same on Friday night. There will be a brand new episode of Real Time with Bill Maher tonight.
Maher has some new information about Mar-a-Lago that he can share in his monologue. President Joe Biden’s student debt forgiveness bill should come up, too.
Who’s on Real Time with Bill Maher tonight?
First up, Bill Maher interviews filmmaker and writer John Waters. He’s out promoting his new book Liarmouth: A Feel-Bad Romance. The novel is described by the publisher as a tale of “sex, crime, and family dysfunction.”
Amy Klobuchar will join the panel tonight. The democratic senator from Minnesota is a one-time presidential hopeful. Expect her to pump up President Biden’s agenda as well as weigh in on the latest developments around Mar-a-Lago and former President Donald Trump.
Rob Reiner is also scheduled to join the panel tonight. The actor, filmmaker, and activist has been vocal about the FBI search of Trump’s Flordia home. Anticipate him to come out strong on Real Time in his condemnation of the latest developments.
