Chelsea Handler returns to late-night TV to guest host Jimmy Kimmel Live! this week

Chelsea Handler is coming back to late-night TV this week. The famous comedian will fill in as guest host of Jimmy Kimmel Live! starting on Monday night.
Handler becomes the second guest host of the year. Actor Sean Hayes ran the show last week after Jimmy Kimmel officially began his annual summer vacation.
For Handler, it’s a return to a format in which she’s had a ton of success. Fans love seeing her as a guest on shows like Conan and The Tonight Show. But sitting on the other side of the desk should be like riding a bike for Handler.
She hosted Chelsea Lately on E! from 2007 to 2014. The comedian followed that up with two seasons of Chelsea for Netflix.
Who will Chelsea Handler interview on Jimmy Kimmel Live! this week?
Tonight, Chelsea Handler first talks to actress Joey King. She stars in the action/fantasy/comedy film The Princess coming to Hulu on July 1. Then, comedian Megan Stalter joins the show. She can currently be seen as the hilarious Kayla on HBO’s Hacks.
Tuesday night’s lineup starts with Simu Liu. The actor is currently filming Greta Gerwig’s Barbie movie. A Chelsea Lately reunion happens next as Handler chats with comedian Jo Koy.
Paris Hilton will be the first guest on Wednesday. After her, comedian Matteo Lane will talk with Handler.
Thursday marks Handler’s final show of the week. She’ll sit down with actor Taron Egerton about his Apple TV+ miniseries Black Bird. Kelsea Ballerini, who recently released the single “Heartfirst,” is also on the show.
Jimmy Kimmel Live! with guest host Chelsea Handler airs on ABC at 11:35 p.m. ET.
