Is Real Time with Bill Maher new tonight, February 25?
By Matt Moore
We’ve reached the end of what can be called an eventful week, to say the least. Should late-night TV fans expect to wrap up the week with a brand new Real Time with Bill Maher episode?
Real Time with Bill Maher season 20 has only aired five episodes so far. However, that number has been plenty enough for Bill Maher to make headlines with his opinions. Look no further than just last week when the Real Time host caused a stir by calling out celebrities’ apparent support for China.
Expect even more controversy to follow Maher on Friday. There will be a brand new episode of Real Time with Bill Maher.
Of course, most people tuning in will want to hear Maher’s perspective on the Russian invasion of Ukraine. Other topics that could pop up in the monologue include CPAC, former President Donald Trump’s recent Fox News appearance, and President Joe Biden’s Supreme Court nominee Ketanji Brown Jackson.
Who’s on Real Time with Bill Maher tonight?
First up, Bill Maher will interview Rep. Ruben Gallego. The Democrat represents Arizona’s 7th congressional district. It will be his first appearance on Real Time with Bill Maher.
Rep. Gallego is an Iraq War veteran who currently serves on the House Committee on Armed Services. In 2021, he published the memoir They Called Us “Lucky”: The Life and Afterlife of the Iraq War’s Hardest Hit Unit. Expect him to share his thoughts on the crisis in Ukraine and where the U.S. stands.
Tonight’s panel features one first-time guest and one who should be very familiar to Real Time viewers.
Making her debut is Chloé Valdary, founder of Theory of Enchantment. The company promotes social and emotional learning in schools while also teaching diversity and social inclusion in government agencies and companies. She also hosts the podcast The Heart Speaks with Chloé Valdary.
Bret Stephens is a New York Times columnist who has made a handful of Real Time appearances in the past. A recent column from Stephens examined what the Ukraine-Russia conflict could tell us about America’s future.
