It’s the start of a new week in late-night television. So does that mean fans should expect to see a brand new episode of The Late Show with Stephen Colbert?

It is certainly an interesting time in late-night. Hosts Jimmy Fallon, Seth Meyers, and James Corden all recently announced they tested positive for COVID-19. Late Night with Seth Meyers and The Late Late Show with James Corden both had to cancel shows as a result.

However, Stephen Colbert has been business as usual as of late. That continues on Monday — there will be a brand new episode of The Late Show with Stephen Colbert.

Expect Colbert’s monologue to recap the top stories from the weekend. That could include a tribute to Bob Saget following the actor’s sudden death. The Full House star did appear on The Late Show back in 2016 to promote Fuller House.

Beyond that, Colbert will likely update his audience on the latest pandemic developments. The Jan. 6 anniversary remains in the news, so don’t be surprised if Colbert has a few more things to say on Monday night.

Who’s on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert tonight?

On Monday night’s Late Show, Stephen Colbert will interview journalist Gayle King. She recently celebrated her 10th anniversary as part of CBS Mornings.

Then, stand-up comedian Tig Notaro joins the show. She’ll discuss her tour “Hello Again” and showcase why she’s one of the most popular comics working today.

The Late Show with Stephen Colbert airs tonight at 11:35 p.m. ET on CBS. Content from Colbert is also available on Paramount+.
