With the 4th of July holiday behind us, much of the country was back to work on Monday. Will that include The Late Show with Stephen Colbert?

Fans spent last week without late night TV’s highest-rated show. Stephen Colbert and company enjoyed a much-deserved break after getting the summer off to a sizzling start.

But the Ed Sullivan Theater will be packed again on Monday night. There will be a brand new episode of The Late Show with Stephen Colbert.

Expect Colbert to make up for lost time, catching up his audience with some of the stories he missed. Former President Donald Trump’s Fox News interview, vaccine updates, and more bad news for Rudy Giuliani could all come up in Colbert’s monologue.

Who’s on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert tonight?

First up, Stephen Colbert chats with actor Keegan-Michael Key. The veteran comedian will be on to promote his new show Schmigadoon!.

The Apple TV series premieres on July 16. Key co-stars with Saturday Night Live cast member Cecily Strong in the musical-comedy. Key remains one of late night TV’s best guests, so expect something special from him and Colbert tonight.

Tonight’s musical guest is Tones and I. The Australian singer’s debut album Welcome to the Madhouse is due out July 16. The latest single is “Cloudy Day.”
