Late night TV options have been few and far between this week. What should fans expect to see tonight on Jimmy Kimmel Live!?

The Fourth of July holiday means a hiatus fan-favorite shows like The Late Show with Stephen ColbertThe Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, and Late Night with Seth Meyers. But Jimmy Kimmel Live! has been on its own schedule.

That continues on Wednesday night. There will be a brand new episode of Jimmy Kimmel Live! tonight.

Wanda Sykes returns to guest host as Jimmy Kimmel recently started his summer vacation. Sykes ran the show on Tuesday following Anthony Anderson’s coverage for JKL prior to Game 1 of the NBA Finals.

Who’s on Jimmy Kimmel Live! tonight?

First up, Sykes will interview actor Colin Farrell. He has a couple big projects coming up that should get fans excited.

His sci-fi drama After Yang is scheduled to premiere this month at the Cannes Film Festival. And fans can anticipate Farrell fielding some questions about his role as the Penguin in The Batman starring Robert Pattinson, set for a 2022 release.

Then, comedian and writer Quinta Brunson joins the show. Her essay collection She Memes Well was released last month. Next, Brunson stars in the sitcom Abbott Elementary, a series she created.

Tonight’s musical guest will be Japanese Breakfast. The indie band’s album Jubilee dropped on June 4.
