It’s Monday, the start of a new week, and there is change in the air. Will late night TV fans be able to celebrate with a brand new episode of The Late Show with Stephen Colbert?

Across the country, restrictions put in place during the pandemic are starting to be rolled back. Cities like New York, Boston, and others are as close to “normal” as we’ve seen in over a year. Still, the novel coronavirus hasn’t gone away and the vaccine rollout is ongoing.

Expect Stephen Colbert to cover these topics and more to start your week. There will be a brand new episode of The Late Show with Stephen Colbert tonight.

Colbert has been updating viewers through his recurring “Vax-Scene” segment. Fans are likely in for an update on Monday night.

Who’s on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert tonight?

It’s a big week in late night TV across the board. Just about every show boasts a big-name guest or fan-favorite celebrity. The Late Show is no different and will start its week off of guests by getting a little political.

Cindy McCain is Colbert’s first guest tonight. The widow of the late Senator John McCain, Cindy McCain has come to the defense of Representative Liz Cheney in recent days. Colbert will likely ask McCain her thoughts on the current state of the GOP. She may also weigh in on Arizona’s decision to audit the 2020 presidential election.

Then, Mj Rodriguez joins The Late Show. The actress and singer is out promoting the third and final season of Pose. The new season premiered on May 2 on FX.
