Is Saturday Night Live new tonight, April 24?

It has been two weeks since Saturday Night Live aired a new episode. Will that streak end or continue tonight?

We last saw SNL on April 10 with host Carey Mulligan and musical guest Kid Cudi. Mulligan was another one of season 46’s unexpected choices when it comes to host. The Academy Award-nominated actress held her own in every sketch and did a solid job with the material she was given.

Fans will still have to wait a little bit longer to see what’s next in season 46. There will not be a new episode of Saturday Night Live tonight. SNL will return on May 8 and we now know who will be the host.

Instead, NBC will reair the season 41 episode from May 7, 2016 with host Brie Larson and musical guest Alicia Keys at 10:00 p.m. ET. The 11:30 rerun has yet to be confirmed but we’ll update you as soon as it’s announced.

What to watch instead of Saturday Night Live

There have been plenty of highlights from season 46 to help carry Saturday Night Live fans through another week without a new episode.
