Is Jimmy Kimmel Live new tonight, April 23?

Jimmy Kimmel Live! has already had one of the biggest weeks in the show’s recent history. So what should fans expect to see tonight?
Jimmy Kimmel made headlines when he announced that MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell was booked to appear on the show next week. It will be the culmination of a long obsession Kimmel has with Lindell and should be must-see TV.
On top of that, Kimmel has interviewed some pretty big names this week. Former President George W. Bush, actress Gal Gadot, and TV host Ellen DeGeneres have all checked in with Kimmel.
But it’s Friday and as usual, that means Kimmel is off. There will not be a new episode of Jimmy Kimmel Live! tonight.
Instead, ABC will reair the April 15 episode. It gives fans another chance to catch Kimmel’s conversation with CNN host Anderson Cooper and his interview with The Falcon and the Winter Soldier star Emily VanCamp.
What to watch instead of Jimmy Kimmel Live! tonight
Late night television fans know that Friday is always thin when it comes to new content. Jimmy Kimmel Live! isn’t the only show taking the night off but there are alternatives.
The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon will be brand new on NBC. Anna Kendrick, Wayne Federman, and Masked Wolf are scheduled to appear.
Real Time with Bill Maher will also be new over on HBO. Fran Lebowitz is the interview guest while S.E. Cupp and April Ryan will join the panel.
