We’re at the midway point of the week and The Late Show with Stephen Colbert has been on a roll. What should fans expect to see tonight on CBS?
Through the first two days of the week, Stephen Colbert’s monologues have tackled COVID-19 vaccine rates, controversies involving Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene and Senator Ted Cruz, and the Derek Chauvin verdict. It’s been a busy week already but there is still much more to get to.
We’ll see what’s on Colbert’s mind tonight. There will be a brand new episode of The Late Show with Stephen Colbert tonight.
With a full day to digest the news, we may hear more from Colbert on the Chauvin verdict. The latest vaccine numbers, Tucker Carlson’s recent meltdown, and more could all be on the table during tonight’s monologue.
Who’s on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert tonight?
First up, Stephen Colbert will connect with another Daily Show alum. Actor Ed Helms will be on The Late Show tonight.
The former Office star is out promoting his new sitcom Rutherford Falls premiering on Peacock on April 22. Helms also stars in the comedy film Together Together which will get a limited theatrical release on April 23.
Then, journalist and biographer Susan Page will join the show. Her latest book is Madam Speaker: Nancy Pelosi and the Lessons of Power. Expect her to give Colbert a preview along with some insight into what she learned about Nancy Pelosi in writing the biography.
