Jimmy Kimmel just can’t let Mike Lindell, AKA the MyPillow Guy, go. The late night comedian has kept close tabs on Lindell over the past few months and on Thursday night, it was time for another “interview” with the MyPillow CEO.

Lindell’s allegiance to former President Donald Trump led the businessman down a path of conspiracy theories and stunts that have caused him millions of dollars in sales and resulted in a lawsuit against him. But that hasn’t slowed down Lindell who continues to make noise.

Jimmy Kimmel Live! has been paying close attention to Lindell’s meltdown. From bizarre television interviews to new business ventures, nearly everything Lindell has done since the election has been referenced in Kimmel’s monologues.

Jimmy Kimmel already took it upon himself to preview Lindell’s new social media platform as well as his online store designed to rival Amazon. To learn more about what Lindell is up to, Kimmel “interviewed” the MyPillow CEO (James Adomian) on Thursday night’s show:

Jimmy Kimmel Live strikes gold with its Mike Lindell character

Some in comedy have questioned whether parody can keep pace with reality in this day and age. Mike Lindell is certainly an example of someone who can be too over-the-top even for late night TV.

But shows have certainly tried. The Late Show with Stephen ColbertLate Night with Seth Meyers, and Saturday Night Live have all mocked, ridiculed, and satirized the MyPillow Guy. Yet no one has been able to do it quite like Jimmy Kimmel Live!.

Clearly, there is something about Lindell’s story that amuses Kimmel. As I said, Lindell has been referenced multiple times in Kimmel’s monologues. And now things have gone to a new level with the introduction of comic James Adomian as the MyPillow Guy.

Adomian was a huge hit with fans when he debuted his impression last week. Adomian perfectly captures Lindell’s frantic energy, paranoid rantings, and the overall vibe that has made the pillow salesman so fascinating to Kimmel.

After Thursday’s interview in which Lindell pitched his “patriotic crap,” this won’t be the last time we see the character on Jimmy Kimmel Live!. The only people happier about that than the fans may be Kimmel himself.
