Is The Late Show with Stephen Colbert new tonight, March 3?
By Matt Moore
We’ve reached the midpoint of the week. Will The Late Show with Stephen Colbert deliver a new episode on Wednesday night?
It has been an interesting start to the week for Stephen Colbert. He surprised some fans when he decided against showing any footage from former President Donald Trump’s CPAC speech. Instead, Colbert has been focusing on controversies involving New York Governor Andrew Cuomo and Dr. Seuss books.
For viewers, it means that it is getting a little harder to know just what Colbert’s monologues will cover night in and night out. They won’t have to wait long to see the next one: there will be a brand new episode of The Late Show with Stephen Colbert tonight.
Regardless of what Colbert discusses at the top of the show, he’s all but guaranteed to have a great show based on his guest lineup alone.
Who’s on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert tonight?
Colbert only has one interview on the schedule and it’s with one of television’s biggest stars right now. WandaVision‘s Paul Bettany will join the show tonight.
We are only a couple of days away from the finale of WandaVision, the wildly popular miniseries from Marvel and Disney+. Don’t expect any spoilers but Colbert should ask Bettany about the experience and the incredible fan reaction. Bettany’s appearance on The Late Show is part of a late night take over by the show’s stars including Elizabeth Olsen and Kathryn Hahn.

Tonight’s musical guest is Metallica. It will be the band’s second appearance on The Late Show in just about a month after playing Colbert’s special Super Bowl show. Metallica is reportedly working on an 11th studio album.
