New month, new week, new The Late Show with Stephen Colbert? That’s what late night TV fans are hoping for tonight.

The Late Show has been building momentum since 2021 began, leading late night in ratings despite taking some time off last month. It helps that Stephen Colbert continues to deliver the best monologues and that there is never a shortage of topics to discuss.

Expect Colbert to start March the same way. There will be a brand new episode of The Late Show with Stephen Colbert tonight.

It is a pretty safe bet to say that Colbert will spend part of tonight’s monologue covering former President Donald Trump’s speech at CPAC. Colbert may be ready to say goodbye to Trump but the former president isn’t ready to fade into the background

Tonight, Colbert will interview actor Andy Samberg. He is out promoting his movie Palm Springs as award season rolls on. Samberg should also provide an update on the forthcoming eighth season of Brooklyn Nine-Nine which will be its last.

Then, journalist Clarissa Ward joins the show. She is currently an international correspondent for CNN and reported on how Russian Federal Security Service members stalked Alexei Navalny. Ward will also be on to promote her book On All Fronts: The Education of a Journalist.
