Reminder: The Amber Ruffin Show moves to NBC tonight

The Amber Ruffin Show will have a new home tonight. Late night’s newest sensation will move air on NBC tonight at 1:30 A.M.
The show, led by Late Night with Seth Meyers writer Amber Ruffin, has made quite a splash since debuting on Peacock back in Sept. 2020. Ruffin was already extremely popular on Late Night for her segments covering race, politics, and whatever else was on her mind. It was a no-brainer for NBC to tap Ruffin to lead its first late night show on the new streaming service.
As if the award nominations and viral clips weren’t enough proof of The Amber Ruffin Show‘s success, NBC is now giving it a run on the network. Tonight will be the first of two scheduled test runs in which a brand newThe Amber Ruffin Show will replace a repeat of A Little Late with Lilly Singh.
It’s far too early to tell but it’s not unreasonable to wonder if this could be a permanent move for Amber Ruffin. If her show continues to make waves and connect with audiences, following Late Night with Seth Meyers on NBC isn’t out of the question.
How to watch The Amber Ruffin Show
Amber Ruffin and her team have known for some time now that they’d be getting a shot on NBC. You have to imagine that they will be bringing their best material tonight to make a strong impression on anyone watching for the first time.
Whether you’ve been with Ruffin from the start or are looking to give her show a try, you have two ways to watch. The Amber Ruffin Show will first be available on Peacock starting at 9:00 P.M. E.T.
For the late crowd or those without Peacock, you’ll want to tune in to NBC at 1:30 A.M. E.T. The Amber Ruffin Show will air after a repeat episode of Late Night with Seth Meyers.
