What should The Late Show with Stephen Colbert fans expect to see tonight on CBS?

We are halfway through the week and late night television has already delivered so much quality content. What is in store tonight on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert?

It’s hard to come up with a week that had more big name stars appearing across late night TV. But that’s been the case so far as Gal Gadot, Taylor Swift, and Chance the Rapper are among those fans have seen.

But late night is just getting started. The same can be said about tonight’s all new episode of The Late Show with Stephen Colbert.

Colbert is hoping that this is the final week of his “Road From the White House” segment after the electoral college affirmed President-elect Joe Biden’s victory and the Supreme Court all but killed any chance of President Donald Trump overturning the results.

Expect an update on President Trump and the Republican Party during tonight’s monologue. Then Colbert can turn his attention to the guests.

First, Colbert will chat with Tom Hanks. The popular actor’s new movie is News of the World, arriving in theaters on Dec. 25. Colbert is likely to also ask Hanks about his experience with COVID-19.

Then, Leslie Odom, Jr. comes to The Late Show. The Hamilton star can next be seen as singer Sam Cooke in One Night in Miami coming to theaters on Dec. 25. He also released The Christmas Album last month.
