What should The Late Show with Stephen Colbert fans expect to see tonight on CBS?

Happy Thanksgiving! Hopefully by now you’ve already had seconds or thirds and finished off dessert. Chances are it wasn’t a typical Thanksgiving for you but here’s hoping you made the best of it. Will it be a typical night for The Late Show with Stephen Colbert?

It certainly hasn’t been a typical week. The late night show reached a high point of the year earlier this week when Stephen Colbert sat down for an interview with former President Barack Obama. The two discussed President Obama’s memoir A Promised Land and the current administration’s pandemic response before playing a friendly game of wastepaper basketball.

After that interview and another fantastic show on Wednesday night, Colbert has earned a break and the chance to enjoy his holiday. There will not be a new episode of The Late Show tonight.

Instead, CBS will reair the show from Nov. 16. Fans can revisit Colbert’s interview with CNN anchor Jake Tapper and catch a performance by BENEE
