What should The Late Show with Stephen Colbert fans expect to see tonight on CBS?
After another successful live show following Thursday night’s debate, The Late Show with Stephen Colbert continues to have the best election coverage in late night. What should fans expect to see tonight?
The final debate was cause for celebration on The Late Show. Stephen Colbert applauded the fact that it was the last time we’d have to see President Donald Trump on the debate stage. The comedian said goodbye the only way he knew how: with another monologue bashing the president.
Colbert will follow that up with a special episode tonight. There will be a brand new episode of The Late Show and it will be a little different.
It’s billed as the “2020 Campaign Coverage Special.” It’s also set to be hosted by Sam Waterston,.
There aren’t a ton of details available on what’s happening tonight. It’s possible that Waterston is there to introduce clips looking back at how The Late Show has covered the 2020 election from the primaries through the debates.
