Jimmy Kimmel reviews the official Trump coloring book

Jimmy Kimmel ordered a copy of the Trump campaign’s coloring book.

Quarantine restrictions aren’t completely over just yet even as many states start to reopen. That means people are still looking for things to do while safely stuck at home. For the artistic and political crowd, an official President Donald Trump coloring book may be enticing. Then again, maybe not if Jimmy Kimmel’s review has any merit.

President Trump’s reelection campaign is in full swing as he prepares to take on Democrat Joe Biden in November. Kimmel and fellow late night hosts like Stephen Colbert and Seth Meyers have criticized the president for focusing more on his campaign than the ongoing pandemic or protests.

Criticism from comedians has never deterred the president, however. It was recently announced that the president’s signature rallies could be back up and running sooner than later. In the meantime, the Trump 2020 campaign continues to raise money any way it can such as merchandise sales

Donald Trump has long portrayed himself as the hero of his own story. Now he has even more proof thanks to these heroic poses waiting to be colored in with every shade of red, white, blue, and orange.

The coloring book’s release is one of the few times in recent weeks where Jimmy Kimmel can laugh at the president rather than express anger or rage. Mocking the coloring book reminds late night fans of a simpler time when civil unrest and pandemics were not the top stories.

Kimmel is by no means a supporter of Donald Trump. But that hasn’t stopped the comedian and his staff from supporting the Trump/Pence webstore. The $20 coloring book is the latest example in an ongoing bit of Kimmel reviewing official merchandise from the president.
