Seth Meyers

Donald Trump has had a problem with Seth Meyers long before he was president and long before Meyers was a late night host. Neither has done anything in their current positions to change that fact.

Late Night with Seth Meyers is relentless in its efforts to expose the corruption, hypocrisy, and absurdity in the Trump administration. Donald Trump isn’t a fan of anyone taking a closer look at anything he does so naturally he isn’t a fan of Meyers.

Meyers’ joke at Donald Trump’s expense during the 2011 White House Correspondents’ Dinner set things off. Since then, Trump has criticized Meyers as a guest co-host with Kelly Ripa, called him “awkward” and “insecure,” said he had almost no talent and didn’t deserve to host the Emmys, and even referenced Meyers in a 2018 tweet complaining about that year’s Correspondents’ Dinner.

We are closing in on a decade of insults from Donald Trump directed at Seth Meyers. However, it doesn’t seem to bother the Late Night host. The NBC late night show continues to mock the president and call him out for every scandal and controversy coming from the White House.
