The best of Jimmy Fallon, Stephen Colbert and Jimmy Kimmel together
By Matt Moore
For the casual viewer, it may be a little tricky to keep track of all the late night hosts and who is who. It is especially tough when there are two Jimmys and a James. So to help everyone out, Jimmy Fallon and Jimmy Kimmel put together this public service announcement.
The two have taken completely different paths to late night but that hasn’t prevented any confusion over who’s who. Fallon, 45, grew up on stand-up comedy and was on stage by the time he was 21. He turned that into a successful run on Saturday Night Live, a movie career, and eventually his late night gig. Kimmel, 51, grew up idolizing David Letterman and began his career in radio before entering television with Comedy Central. His ABC late night show has been on air since 2003.
The two also have a different approach to comedy on their shows. Kimmel is much more likely to get political while Fallon is a little less harsh on that topic. But they may be 1-2 when it comes to celebrity interviews. No matter the guest, Fallon and Kimmel have shown they can get anyone to relax and show off their true personality to fans.
