Conan O’Brien visits the Guinness brewery

Drinking and St. Patrick’s Day go hand-in-hand. We’ve seen it time and time again that Conan O’Brien likes to have a drink or two when he gets the chance. He took that chance and more when he toured the Guinness storehouse in Dublin.

Throughout his travel specials, O’Brien has tried to learn as much as he can about different cultures and their history. But as an Irish American, he didn’t quite have the same patience when it came time to learn about Arthur Guinness and the beer-making process.

Perhaps the tour guide would have been better off not telling O’Brien that there was free beer at the end. The comedian may have skipped the tour altogether or at least been on better behavior. As it was, O’Brien’s shenanigans seemed unlikely to get his portrait on the wall next to A-listers who have visited like President Barack Obama, Queen Elizabeth, and… Hurley from Lost.

If you ever visit Dublin, the Guinness tour should absolutely be on your to-do list. And thanks to Conan O’Brien, you’ll know exactly what to expect and how long to way for your free pint.
