Hailey Bieber revealed the special role Jimmy Fallon played in her marriage to Justin Bieber.
Who doesn’t like a good “how we met story,” right? What if it involved one of the biggest pop stars and one of the biggest supermodels on the planet? On The Tonight Show, Hailey Bieber revealed for the first time how Jimmy Fallon helped her connect with her future husband.
It has been a busy month for Mr. and Mrs. Bieber when it comes to late night television. Justin Bieber spent three consecutive nights on The Late Late Show with James Corden to promote his latest album changes. Part of that included a round of “Spill Your Guts or Fill Your Guts” in which he, surprisingly, ranked his relationships with wife Hailey Bieber’s famous friends.
The former Hailey Baldwin was on The Tonight Show discussing Bieber’s YouTube series that takes a behind-the-scenes look at the pop star’s life. The high profile couple often finds themselves the center of tabloid articles and paparazzi shots but the YouTube series let’s them control their story.
And that story includes their 2018 marriage following an on-again, off-again relationship. But on The Tonight Show, Hailey Bieber revealed that Jimmy Fallon played a pretty big role in turning that relationship into a marriage.
Let that be a lesson to all celebrities: bring a special talent to The Tonight Show and the next day you could get a call from your future husband or wife. Now that the secret is out, maybe Jimmy Fallon will actually get an invitation to any weddings that come from his late night show.
If you’re curious about the incident in question that convinced Justin Bieber to call up Hailey Baldwin, we have you covered. It comes from an April 2018 episode of The Tonight Show in which Baldwin had just finished talking about her admiration for a different pop superstar in the Jonas Brothers.
At the time, Hailey Bieber advised against trying that life hack at home. That’s probably good advice to take if you’re thinking of impressing anyone at a party this weekend. Keep checking in with Last Night On for more from The Tonight Show and the rest of late night TV.
