Black Swan

We don’t have to look back very far for one of BTS’s greatest late night television moments. It was on Jan. 28 that the band gave fans the debut performance of “Black Swan,” the single of their upcoming album Map of the Soul: 7.

The song was released on Jan. 17 and was an instant hit with both fans and critics. The band was praised for the song’s style and lyrics which showcased a different, more intimate side of the South Korean boy band.

Of course, fans also loved the song. It quickly became number one on charts around the world and further built up anticipation for the release of Map of the Soul: 7. This performance on The Late Late Show not only excited existing members of the BTS Army but helped the band secure even more fans.

Whether you’re familiar with K-pop music or not, it’s easy to see why BTS resonates so much with the public. The members clearly know how to put on a show, whether it is in a massive arena, at an awards show, or for a late night appearance. The debut of “Black Swan” on The Late Late Show proved that once again and will go down as one of BTS’s greatest moments as a band.
