Flinch on The Late Late Show with James Corden

Jimmy Kimmel Live! wasn’t the only late night television show that hosted BTS back in 2017. The band also stopped by The Late Late Show with James Corden for this memorable visit.

“Flinch” is one of The Late Late Show‘s most popular games. The fact that BTS was asked to play along here in Nov. 2017 is more proof of the band’s starpower. It’s always a good sign regarding a band or singer’s popularity when the late night appearance goes beyond just a live performance. It’s part of the reason the hype for BTS on The Tonight Show this month is so huge.

Games like this also help show off the personalities of BTS members. That’s something that fans are always eager to see. Yes, they want to hear new songs and see a show on stage. But today’s fans, whether in music, movies, or sports, are just as invested in who celebrities are when not on stage, on set, or on the field.

And for James Corden, the best way to get to know someone is to lull them into a false sense of security before firing fruit directly at their faces. It was the start of a very beneficial relationship between BTS and The Late Late Show that continues today.
