Many fan-favorite late night television shows are back this week and return with big name celebrity guests.

Late night television’s holiday back is over. Well, for most shows that is. While some shows remain on hiatus, most return with new episodes starting tonight. And to make up for lost time, they’re bringing in some A-list celebrity guests.

Fan-favorite shows like The Late Show with Stephen Colbert and Late Night with Seth Meyers have a lot to catch up on before they interview anyone. The two shows are the leads when it comes to political humor in late night, meaning there is never any shortage of material. It also means that even just one week away can mean this miss out on covering the biggest news stories.

Fans will have to wait a little longer for shows like The Late Late Show with James Corden and Conan to come back on air. Still, they can start the week with the latest podcast episode of “Conan O’Brien Needs a Friend” for their Team Coco fix.

And the shows that deliver some of the best interviews in late night, The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon and Jimmy Kimmel Live!, will also be back. With the Golden Globes wrapping up on Sunday, both shows feature some of the night’s big winners.

Here now we narrow it down to the five late night guests fans should be most excited to see this week. Be sure to let us know who you want to watch in the comment section.
