Jimmy Kimmel knows just what his audience needs on the Monday after a holiday weekend. His week of shows kicks off by welcoming Tracy Morgan on Monday July 8.
Morgan is one of the best guests in late night whether he is on Conan, The Tonight Show or Jimmy Kimmel Live!. There is a reason that Morgan is back as a guest only five months after sitting down with Kimmel. Yes, he has something to promote but the entertainment value of interviewing of Morgan is impossible to ignore.
During that last visit, Morgan channeled some of his famous Saturday Night Live character Brian Fellow during an animal segment. Morgan and Kimmel shouldn’t have to worry about any animal encounters during Monday night’s episode.
Morgan will be promoting his duties as host of the 2019 ESPY awards airing Wednesday July 10. The comedian is a fantastic choice to host the sports award show and will bring his signature sense of humor to the event. As a huge sports fan himself, expect Kimmel to test Morgan’s sports knowledge in preparation of hosting the ESPYs.
